Project inquiries

The project form collects your name, email, project description and selected requirements. Phone and business details are optional. The information is used to review your request, discuss a quote and respond through your selected contact method.

Down payment

A 50% down payment is required before work begins. The project price and scope are confirmed before payment.

Same-day error refunds

If any error occurs, your payment is refunded the same day. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored privately with Lovable Cloud. They are not publicly displayed. Nabil reviews inquiries through the private owner workspace. The current form saves a brief; it does not automatically send an email notification or publish your information.

Retention and your requests

Inquiries are kept while needed for project discussions and relevant business records. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion; include the email address used for the original inquiry.

Cookies and external services

No advertising analytics or tracking scripts have been added. Essential hosting services may process technical connection information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection data such as your IP address. Portfolio links lead to independent websites with their own privacy policies.

Feedback and identifying information are not published as testimonials without verification and permission.
