Independent services

Nabil Dahdouh provides independent development and digital creative services under Mondo Technical. Submitting a project brief does not create a contract or commit either party to begin work.

Pricing and scope

Essential websites start at $30 USD for a simple, defined scope. Final pricing, features, revisions, milestones and support are agreed before a project starts. Additional work requires agreement.

Down payment

A 50% down payment is required before work begins. The payment schedule for the remaining balance is agreed in writing before the project starts.

Same-day error refunds

If any error occurs, your payment is refunded the same day. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Third-party costs and decisions

Domains, hosting, subscriptions, plugins, platform accounts, payment fees and physical production are separate unless specifically included. Third parties control their eligibility, availability and approval decisions. Google Play publication and search rankings are not guaranteed.

Project materials

You should have permission to use the content and assets supplied for your project. Delivery of source materials is defined in the project agreement; third-party license terms continue to apply.

Creative and performance expectations

AI creative does not guarantee sales or growth. Packaging services cover digital design, not physical manufacturing unless arranged. Performance improvements depend on the platform, hosting and agreed scope.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation requests, support periods and changes to the agreed scope are handled according to the written project agreement. These arrangements do not override the same-day refund policy if an error occurs.
